Im kinda feeling bad to say this but for the orice I was very dissapointed. Ive been really craving onion rings but even though my burger Was okay my onion rings were burnt and this is a burger and onion rings that cost me around $15. I dont eat out much and so I guess i was a little shocked by the price . i dont regret trying them but not going to do this again on my budget.

My go to place for a great burger. A must have.

I loved the atmosphere, the back porch, and most importantly The BARNBUSTER.... It was delicious.

Always get the barn buster burger, almost always excellent. We like well done burgers but the chef does not, so my wife sent hers back for more fire on our last visit. Service is good. The lighting is... adequate. You might need to use your cellphone's flashlight to read the menu until your eyes adjust.

Good bite to eat in a very relaxing place, definitely will come back. Burger was cooked to perfection and that 1/4 Piggy was wonderful. Son loved his chicken too. FRIED GREEN BEANS is a must.

The Back Forty is truly a staple of Mountain Home. They have been around for 35+ years and are STILL cranking out great food. Their 1/2lb burgers (Barnbuster) are great, and their 1' chili cheese dogs are awesome. If you're not from Mountain Home area, you must stop in and give it a try.FYI They recently switched to cash and local check only. They have an ATM inside if you need it.

The food and service was ok.

We ordered nachos and it literally was barley melted velvetta cheese in a styrofoam cup with old, stale chips on the side. Restaurant was so dark you could barley read the menu, a corny game show was on the tv right next to us, and you can only tip with cash... is you’re from out of town like me and just passing through. Go to sonic, you’ll leave The Back Forty very disappointed unless your a local and grew up with this restaurant

Great Burgers, Great Ozark Fries, Great Pickles & Loved the popcorn & pool table as we waited for our food. Service very friendly & prompt. Highly recommend this place

They have the best barn buster n town can't beat

The parking is tricky. It goes like " turn quick, darn you missed it" turn around and try again. It's worth while. They have good fair at at fair price and they are blessed.

Food taste and service was excellent. Nothing lean or heart healthy to eat.

Met friends for lunch here. It was good. Think maybe friends there made it even better.

Not as good as it used to be. Burgers lost it’s flavor and the night cook acted like she was to good to pack my call in so I had to wait for the waitress to go behind the bar and pack it

Great place to eat! Hamburgers are thick and cooked to order. The Miss Piggy is good too, but truthfully, I think everything is good. Try the sweet potatoe fries! They also serve cold beer!

Omg that burger was excellent!!! Fabulous service too! And very well priced.

A good place for lunch or just watch the game and have a drink. Decent food but kind of pricey. But not so pricey it's ridiculous. Friendly staff clean facilities and a good atmosphere.
